Afterwards we discuss Astronomy and, more specially, discoveries brought to us via the Hubble and Kepler Telescopes.  We talk about some of Albert Einstein’s theories and how well they’ve held up for over a century.  One of Einstein’s most important theories was proven by observations taken during a solar eclipse in 1919 by one Sir Arthur Stanley Eddington.  Arthur Eddington is actually a distant relative of Boomer and X co-host Evan Eddington.  As a compliment to this episode we recommend two excellent movies for your viewing pleasure, Einstein and Eddington and Contact.  We hope you enjoy episode 17!
